Shipping and Returns
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is significantly different from the description.
Items can not be returned due to fit or shipping delays. Any returned item must be in its original condition in order for a return request to be approved. If an item is brand new with tags, all tags must still be attached, in sellable condition and any original packaging and collateral (i.e. branded boxes or bags, dustbags, etc.) must be included with the return.
In order to request a refund, please contact Customer Service, through the Contact Us tab, within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please do not send your purchase back to without contacting Customer Service first, as all returns must be approved and returned through the return process.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 2-10 business days for shipping, depending on weight and/or location.
